Crushing at 2nl

Hello everybody and welcome to the poker edition!

Today we try to get back to winning ways on camera and also discovering the pain of playing against short stacks.

Session Round up

Ok so lets get down to business! On the video we made a small loss however (as per usual) we managed to recover the loses and turn a profit! Deja vu right!

The finishing profit was $3.80 just shy of two buy ins. Pretty happy with that!

Lets take a look at some of the graphs and statistics.

They make for pleasant viewing! 

Now I don't want to get too cocky because 

A. This is 2nl not the nosebleeds and

B. a 5.5k hand sample is very small and I could still be a losing player with variance on my side. 

However I am happy with the progress so far and we should hit our targets in no time at this rate! 

Analysis section

There wont be any hand analysis today as two of my biggest losing hands of the session the Ace Jack suited and the Queen King off suit hands that I said I would analyse both have very similar things in common. 

They are against short stacks! The thing that makes this significant is I did not realise until they shoved on my cbet on the flop. The fact I did not take into account their stack sizes pre flop or on the flop is a massive error and something I find myself regularly doing. 

Basically I need to focus and realize everything that is going on at the table as it is critical to my game and how I should play. 

I should be calling more against the shorts stacks instead of raising and seeing the flop first because they are likely to put me in a tough spot and shove on me when I challenge them. 

In conclusion I need more focus and concentration at the tables and to be aware of not only my cards and position but also stack sizes.
